We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead experiments throughout the marketing funnel, from acquisition to activation and retention. This position requires a blend of creativity and discipline to identify what drives metrics and to scale successful strategies quickly.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing growth experiments across the funnel. You will manage activation and retention metrics for specific product areas, develop and optimize onboarding flows, lifecycle campaigns, and nudges. Collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams will be essential for driving growth initiatives. You will also track and report on experiment outcomes and growth KPIs while fostering a culture of experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute growth experiments across the funnel.
• Own activation and retention metrics for designated product areas.
• Develop and optimize onboarding flows, lifecycle campaigns, and nudges.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams on growth initiatives.
• Monitor and report on experiment outcomes and growth KPIs.
• Create and maintain the experimentation playbook and culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle, or product growth roles.
• Proven track record of executing experiments that significantly impacted metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, GrowthBook).
• Familiarity with email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and paid channels.
• A proactive approach to action and structured experimentation.
