As we pursue ambitious growth plans, both organically and through acquisitions, we are enhancing our Group Finance function.

The Role

As the Group Treasury Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and strengthening treasury processes across HSO’s international organization. Acting as the central expert, you will collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to manage liquidity, funding, intercompany cash flows, banking relationships, and financial risk management, while establishing a scalable treasury foundation to support HSO’s ongoing growth. This role is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for a proactive treasury professional who combines strategic insight with operational excellence. You will take ownership of this function, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and play a vital role in enhancing the structure, control, and maturity of the treasury function as the business expands globally. Initially, this is a hands-on individual contributor role, with the potential to build and lead the treasury function as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations at HSO Group level.
• Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management to meet finance obligations.
• Manage cash flow forecasting processes and provide guidance to business units.
• Handle intercompany flows and internal funding structures.
• Ensure visibility and control over group cash flows.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and oversee loan structures and repayments.
• Monitor FX, liquidity, and financial risks, developing risk management reporting.
• Support treasury-related activities in acquisitions and integrations, ensuring alignment of cash structures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance.
• Strong operational treasury experience (cash flow forecasting, liquidity management).
• Experience managing banking relationships and financing arrangements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, banking platforms, treasury tools, and Excel modeling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with factoring.
• Relevant professional qualification or interest in treasury/finance certification (e.g., ACT, CTP, CFA).
