We’re hiring a Group FP&A Manager – Commercial based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, with an international scope. In this role, you will focus on revenue, commercial performance, and profitable growth, acting as the finance business partner to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will work closely with commercial leaders and international sales teams to transform financial insights into better business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting across the Group.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline, order intake, and backlog to enhance revenue visibility.
- Collaborate with Commercial on pricing, sales mix, margins, and customer profitability.
- Challenge commercial assumptions and assess growth opportunities, including market entry.
- Evaluate commercial proposals and contracts regarding their impact on revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
- Develop reporting that links commercial activities to financial outcomes.
