We are looking for a talented creative designer to complement our team and work for our client in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily supporting the German market. The role will focus on delivering our client’s omnichannel strategy through the creation, adaptation, and refresh of digital and print assets.

The Role

You will develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) from scratch, creating creative concepts, and based on approved creative concepts, you will work on adaptations and updates from existing materials. Collaboration is key as you will work in partnership with the design and copy teams, along with brand, project management, and production teams on briefs and project deliverables. You will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and media specifications for print and digital creative executions, maintaining a consistent level of creative quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital).
• Create adaptations and updates from existing materials based on approved concepts.
• Collaborate with design, copy, brand, project management, and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and media specifications.
• Maintain creative quality throughout project lifetimes.
• Work closely with project management under strict design guidelines.
• Develop color palettes and stylesheets as per directions.
• Participate in training programs and complete assignments as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of digital and print design experience, including User Interface design.
• Experience with pharmaceutical companies is desirable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; experience with Firefly, Figma, and Sketch/3D is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in digital arts/graphic design or equivalent experience.
• Strong design sensibilities with knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Understanding of layout principles and resizing effects on campaigns.
• Experience in motion graphics and video content editing/After Effects is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both German and English.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback on creative work.
