Over ons United Candy GmbH is een internationale zoetwarengroep met het hoofdkantoor in Duitsland en verkoopkantoren in Frankrijk, Spanje, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Nederland. De groep bestaat onder andere uit BIP Candy & Toys en andere zoetwarenbedrijven. Wij ontwikkelen en vermarkten een breed assortiment producten, variërend van zoetwaren met internationale licenties tot klantspecifieke private label-producten. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Grafisch Ontwerper & Packaging Designer die onze internationale marketingactiviteiten ondersteunt, met een bijzondere focus op onze licentieproducten.

De functie In nauwe samenwerking met onze afdelingen Marketing en Productmanagement ontwerp je verpakkingen, maak je drukklare bestanden en ontwikkel je marketingmaterialen voor verschillende merken en markten. De functie combineert creatief ontwerp met nauwkeurige technische uitvoering. Denk hierbij aan meertalige verpakkingsinformatie, klantspecifieke etiketten en het coördineren van goedkeuringstrajecten met licentiegevers.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Grafisch ontwerp & verpakkingen
- Ontwerpen en aanpassen van verpakkingen op basis van briefings, merkrichtlijnen en klantwensen.
- Opmaken en aanleveren van drukklare bestanden, inclusief meertalige productinformatie, voedingswaardetabellen en verplichte vermeldingen.
- Ontwikkelen van klantspecifieke etiketten en verpakkingsaanpassingen voor private label-producten.
Marketing- & verkoopmaterialen
- Ontwerpen van productcatalogi, verkooppresentaties en promotiematerialen.
- Creëren van productafbeeldingen (packshots) en visuele content voor marketing, sales en beurzen.
- Beheren en actueel houden van de centrale database met productafbeeldingen.
Licenties & coördinatie
- Coördineren van de goedkeuring van verpakkingsontwerpen met internationale licentiegevers, in nauwe samenwerking met de Group Licensing Director.
- Beheren van inzendingen, feedback en correctierondes via de goedkeuringsportalen van licentiegevers.
- Afstemmen van definitieve drukbestanden met interne afdelingen en externe leveranciers.

Vereisten

Achtergrond in grafisch ontwerp, DTP, verpakkingsontwerp of een vergelijkbare richting.
Uitstekende beheersing van Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop en InDesign.
Technische kennis van het opmaken en aanleveren van drukklare bestanden.
Een goed gevoel voor vormgeving, gecombineerd met oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid.
Een gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkhouding met goede organisatorische vaardigheden.
Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal; kennis van andere Europese talen is een pré.
Affiniteit met FMCG, zoetwaren en consumentenproducten met bekende licenties.
Ervaring met internationale licentierichtlijnen en bijbehorende goedkeuringsprocessen is een pré.
