The Role

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing performance, and directly impacting revenue. This is not an entry-level position; we require someone with substantial experience in managing significant ad spend and large product catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enhanced Google Ads strategy.
• Restructure and optimize Shopping & PMAX campaigns for scalability.
• Achieve over 20% revenue growth from Google Ads.
• Manage the account comprehensively, including structure, bidding, and feed optimization.
• Build automation systems such as scripts, workflows, and feed rules.
• Utilize data to refine segmentation, bidding, and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads in eCommerce.
• Proven track record managing large Shopping accounts with 10,000+ products.
• Experience handling high-budget campaigns with monthly spends of $300K or more.
• Strong ownership mindset, capable of running accounts independently.
• Familiarity with automation tools (scripts, tools, workflows).
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
• Bonus: Experience with Google CSS Labelizer.
