The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex visa and immigration requirements into structured rules and workflows that our platform can execute. You will conduct in-depth research on international regulations, design compliant workflows, and provide operational support to our team.

Responsibilities

Translate complex visa and immigration requirements into structured rules and decision trees for our platform.
Own the compliance framework by researching and solving regulatory challenges independently.
Create and document standardized workflows and provide expert support to the Operations team.
Engage with clients during Sales and Customer Support phases to explain our solutions and build trust.
Ensure compliance accuracy while scaling automation in our platform solution.

Requirements

Passion for Visa and Immigration Compliance with a strong analytical mindset.
5+ years of experience in Visa and Immigration Compliance; corporate immigration experience is a plus.
Fluency in both German and English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment.
Focus on platform and automation, balancing accuracy with scalability.
