Fluiconnecto is building a global, segment-driven commercial model, with oil & gas as the first market to be developed and scaled in this way. As Global Segment Manager for oil & gas, you will transform a significant but largely untapped market opportunity into a focused strategy, clear priorities, and sustainable, profitable growth.

The Role

You will take ownership of the end-to-end segment concept across relevant sub-segments, geographies, and commercial channels. Utilizing market intelligence, customer insights, and internal expertise, you will identify the most attractive opportunities, prioritize countries, and shape a scalable commercial model. Your responsibilities include defining the roadmap and determining the right product and service portfolio for operators, EPCs, drilling contractors, and service companies.

This entrepreneurial growth role offers broad international exposure. You will support local teams in developing strategic accounts, tenders, and new commercial opportunities, while aligning sales, marketing, engineering, operations, supply chain, QHSE, HR, and country leadership around a unified global oil & gas approach. Your success will depend on your ability to influence through credibility rather than formal hierarchy.

Additionally, you will represent Fluiconnecto towards strategic customers, partners, and reference accounts. Within the first year, you will establish an actionable global roadmap, define revenue and margin ambitions, and build the commercial foundation needed to scale the segment across Fluiconnecto’s international network.

Requirements

• Proven track record in oil & gas segment management, international business development, or commercial leadership.
• Strong background in fluid conveyance systems, hydraulics, pumps, valves, hoses, or related technical services.
• Experience in developing markets, strategic accounts, and global commercial propositions.
• Knowledge of oil & gas operations, maintenance, and relevant certifications, including API 7K.
• Experience working with operators, EPCs, drilling contractors, and service companies.
• Entrepreneurial and influential, combining strategic structure with pragmatic execution.
