We are seeking a Global Quality Assistant Manager to enhance quality and compliance in our Amsterdam office. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in quality management, fluency in Dutch, and preferably a background in FMCG.
Immediate start or in September for 40 hours per week in Amsterdam (hybrid). The successful candidate will lead the monthly Quality Business Waste process, focusing on waste governance, financial provision reviews, root-cause analysis, and recovery planning. You will support factories in making quality-related decisions on product release, rework, and disposal to minimize waste and financial impact. Additionally, you will drive quality performance improvement across multiple manufacturing sites through KPI monitoring, reporting, and trend analysis. Coordination of activities related to Cleaning & Disinfection validation, metal detector compliance, and vision system validation will also be part of your responsibilities. You will implement quality-by-design principles and waste reduction initiatives during product launches and manufacturing changes, while developing and maintaining quality dashboards, reports, management updates, and performance communications using Excel and Power BI. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams is essential to deliver business objectives and strengthen quality governance.

Vereisten
- Woonachtig in Nederland en in staat om naar Amsterdam te pendelen
- Direct beschikbaar of in staat om in september te beginnen
- 40 uur per week (3 dagen op kantoor)
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in Kwaliteit, Voedselveiligheid of Manufacturing Kwaliteit
- Ervaring met data-analyse, KPI-rapportage en dashboardcreatie met Excel en Power BI
- Aantoonbaar vermogen om root-cause analyses uit te voeren en continue verbeterinitiatieven te stimuleren
- Ervaring met kwaliteitscomplianceprogramma's, initiatieven voor afvalvermindering en processen voor manufacturing kwaliteit
- Sterke vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement, met het vermogen om samen te werken met teams van Kwaliteit, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance en R&D
- Proactief, analytisch en in staat om beslissingen te beïnvloeden in een snel veranderende productieomgeving.
