We're assisting a prominent international organization in enhancing their global Technology Procurement function. This is an opportunity for an experienced software procurement professional to take charge of significant supplier relationships and negotiations at the group level.
The Role:
- Lead intricate, high-value negotiations with global software suppliers, focusing on major contracts, renewals, licensing, and commercial agreements.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships, ensuring value, contractual flexibility, and effective risk management.
- Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies across software.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in Procurement, Technology, Legal, and the broader business to achieve global procurement objectives.
- Foster a more structured, proactive approach to category management, leveraging market intelligence and supplier insights to uncover opportunities.
