Logan Talent is assisting a fast-scaling international technology business in hiring a Global Head of Operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for individuals who thrive in complex, regulated, and tech-driven environments and can instill structure, speed, and discipline within a growing organization. You will collaborate with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to transform strategic priorities into consistent execution across various markets and locations.

The Role

You will be responsible for establishing the operational framework for the organization, enabling senior leadership to scale effectively while ensuring clarity, accountability, and control. The position demands a leader who can navigate between strategy and execution, align various functions, enhance operating processes, and allocate resources to the right priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the global operations agenda
• Develop scalable operating models, processes, and governance
• Enhance alignment among Product, Technology, and Commercial teams
• Lead resource and capacity planning across locations
• Identify operational risks and eliminate delivery bottlenecks
• Provide senior leadership with clear insights, options, and trade-offs
• Foster execution discipline, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
• Cultivate a culture centered on ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Senior operations experience in a complex, international organization
• Strong background in technology, digital products, or product-led businesses
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams
• Proven track record of scaling teams, processes, and operating models
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail when necessary
• Relevant experience in fast-paced or regulated environments is highly desirable

Location

This position can be based in Malta, Isle of Man, Romania, Bulgaria, UAE, or remotely within the EU.
