The Role

As a Global Change Communication Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, evolving, and embedding a cohesive change communications strategy across Partner Services, ensuring operational and transformational change is understood, adopted, and acted upon by LPS audiences globally. This role leads the evolution of change communications from initiative-led communication into a more integrated, data-informed, and workflow-led experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global change communication strategy for Partner Services, ensuring alignment with business transformation priorities.
• Define and mature the future operating model for Change Communications, integrating AI-enabled operational communication delivery with strategic business partnering.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of Change Communication Specialists, providing guidance and coaching.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and change owners to create holistic communication strategies that encourage understanding and action.
• Innovate the integration of operational change information into existing LPS workflows and tools.
• Drive a balanced communication model leveraging AI and automation while focusing on high-value strategic areas.
• Partner with the Change Management Team to position communications as a strategic lever for transformational change.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clarify the purpose and impact of complex changes.
• Evolve the LPS change communication ecosystem, including standards and measurement approaches.
• Articulate change narratives for key programs, adapting messages for various audiences.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment of strategy and delivery.
• Oversee the evaluation of change communication activities to derive insights for improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic change and transformation communication.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams and using data-driven insights to improve communication impact.
• 3+ years of experience in evolving communications operating models.
• Proven ability to consolidate multiple workstreams into a clear transformation narrative.
• Strong stakeholder influence and facilitation skills.
• Expertise in modern communication operations and AI-enabled strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills for diverse global audiences.
