Over het Team
The Geographic Compliance and Corporate (GCC) Team acts as local business enablers, overseeing legal and regulatory compliance strategies to support Accenture's sustainable growth. Our Netherlands GCC Team adapts to meet the evolving legal landscape, primarily within the Netherlands and the broader NLN region.
We provide legal advice on compliance and corporate matters, serving as the first point of contact for senior leadership and corporate functions such as Finance, Tax, HR, Workplace, Marketing, and IT. Our work includes advising on corporate citizenship initiatives that positively impact our community.
On the compliance side, we ensure that our businesses operate legally and responsibly. We assist in implementing global and local compliance programs covering areas like anti-corruption, data privacy, AI, government compliance, ethics, CSR/environment, and competition law. We monitor regulatory developments to maintain compliance with applicable laws.
In terms of corporate support, we advise the board of our operating companies on their responsibilities and collaborate with our Ventures and Acquisition team to integrate newly acquired businesses.
