The Role

As General Manager HLT, you will be responsible for leading the global Heavy Lifting Technologies business, ensuring its commercial success, operational performance, and financial results. This highly visible leadership position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will drive sustainable growth by expanding market presence, enhancing customer relationships, optimizing operations, and identifying new opportunities for organic growth and acquisitions. Collaborating across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, you will build a high-performing organization that delivers exceptional customer value while accelerating business performance. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the growth strategy for the HLT business.
• Drive revenue growth through direct sales channels and dealer networks across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
• Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into product portfolio development.
• Evaluate and execute strategic acquisition opportunities.
• Own the P&L and ensure sustainable profitability.
• Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, assembly, supply chain, and project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications.
• Optimize production capabilities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the digital transformation of the business and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead and develop a high-performing international team.
• Build organizational capabilities, processes, and structures that support long-term growth.
• Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a Business Unit, General Management, or similar role.
• Proven P&L responsibility within an industrial equipment, manufacturing, or services environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and business performance.
• Experience with product portfolio management, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen.
• Experience in an international matrix organization is a plus.
• Engineering degree is a plus; MBA preferred.
