Je helpt hen om gedrag te zien als een waardevolle boodschap, waardoor ze beter begrijpen wat cliënten nodig hebben om zich optimaal te ontwikkelen. Je brengt rust en helderheid in complexe situaties en werkt met diverse doelgroepen, waaronder volwassenen en jongeren met een verstandelijke beperking of psychiatrische problematiek.

Wat je gaat doen

Je onderzoekt wat er achter het gedrag schuilgaat en geeft begeleiders praktische handvatten om rust en duidelijkheid te creëren. Je adviseert en ondersteunt zorgteams bij gedragsvraagstukken en denkt mee over ondersteuningsplannen. Je coacht zorgprofessionals in het toepassen van effectieve methodieken en neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen.
