We are looking for a Fundraising Officer to expand our philanthropic revenue through major gifts, grants, and various campaigns. This role focuses on building relationships and managing the process of turning interest into committed support.

The Role:

You will manage a portfolio of donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new prospects via research and networking, writing grant proposals and donor communications, and planning fundraising campaigns and donor events. You will also maintain accurate records in the donor CRM and collaborate with program teams on impact stories and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Identify and qualify new prospects through research and networking.
• Write grant proposals, case statements, and donor communications.
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and donor events.
• Maintain accurate records in the donor CRM.
• Partner with program teams on impact stories and reporting.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or major gifts.
• Strong written communication skills, including grant writing.
• Experience with donor CRMs (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce NPSP, Bloomerang).
• Proven track record of closing gifts and building donor relationships.
• Comfort with prospect research and moves management.
• CFRE certification is a plus.
