Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to enhance our Front Office team. As a key player in our luxury hotel, you will ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process and uphold our Legendary Quality Experience standards.

The Role

In your role as Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee the Front Office operations, ensuring that guest experiences are exceptional and that your team is motivated and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a flawless check-in/check-out process.
• Review arrival reports for guest history accuracy.
• Address guest complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction feedback.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Front Office staff for optimal workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest service.
• Monitor and implement action plans for member enrolment and premium spending.
• Ensure Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) Standards are met and exceeded.
• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and professional behavior standards among colleagues.
• Foster a motivating environment for Front Service operations.
• Lead by example in service excellence, inspiring the team to maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Front Office Supervisor, preferably in luxury settings.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a supportive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player with organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
