The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Front Office Intern to support the daily operations of our Front Office. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be one of the first faces our guests encounter, helping to create a warm welcome and a memorable experience from arrival to departure. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in hotel operations, guest relations, and the finer details that distinguish a stay at The Hoxton.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our guests, treating them as individuals and ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all bills are accurate and free of surprises.
  • Collaborate with all teams to maintain a busy atmosphere and assist the Front Office Manager with overbooking situations.
  • Handle phone inquiries, fulfill requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper of the hotel, knowing the ins and outs of our operations.
  • Perform some administrative tasks, including expense tracking and supply orders, which you will enjoy.
