Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Accurately handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Help achieve guest satisfaction targets and departmental goals.

Requirements

• A passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in hotel front office, reception, customer service, or hospitality roles.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation or property management systems.
• Dutch language skills are advantageous.
• Additional foreign language skills are highly desirable.
