The Role

As a Front Office Host(ess), you will be the friendly face of Park Plaza Vondelpark, ensuring guests have a warm welcome and a smooth arrival and departure experience. You will build knowledge of the local area and its attractions to enhance guest experiences and personalize their stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and seamless arrival and departure experience for guests.
• Build knowledge of local amenities and tourist attractions to enhance guest interactions.
• Personalize guest stays and upsell hotel facilities and rewards programs.
• Contribute to hotel initiatives and identify ways to improve operations.
• Uphold our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care.
• Engage positively and constructively in all situations, demonstrating a passion for hospitality.
• Strive to deliver individualized service that creates a brilliant first impression.
