Mandara Spa is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to provide outstanding service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable spa experience. This position involves managing appointments, welcoming guests, and supporting the team in achieving service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests warmly and professionally, adhering to Mandara Spa standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using the spa's booking system (experience with Book4Time is highly desirable).
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Provide guests with a comprehensive orientation to spa facilities, services, and promotions.
• Process payments and manage cash handling accurately at the point of sale.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to achieve revenue goals.
• Coordinate communication between front desk and treatment staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Handle guest concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly and escalating to management when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role; experience in spa or hospitality is a plus.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with point of sale systems; knowledge of Book4Time is highly desirable.
• Computer literate with proficient typing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales-driven with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Responsible and dependable, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort environment.
• Familiarity with Elemis or other professional spa product lines.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
