€240 per day excluding travel expenses. Flexible freelance work | Nationwide | Working with youth. At Young Impact, we believe that young people have the energy and talent to change the world. Through our lesson programs, events, and the Impact Zone, we activate them to take action on what matters to them. We do this with lots of energy, a bit of courage, and above all, a lot of love for our target group. Are you excited by this? Great! We are looking for passionate freelance trainers who can inspire youth in education to make a difference.
WIE BEN JIJ?
A connector with experience: You have experience (at least 1 year) in leading a class or group. You know how to take charge of a class and create a safe, inspiring atmosphere. A trainer with a social heart: You love working with youth aged 13 to 25. Whether they are in secondary school, learning a trade at vocational school, or finding their way in special education, you see their potential and stand by their side. Fresh energy & peer-to-peer: The distance between you and young people is small. You possess the right training skills and know how to apply them from a true peer-to-peer approach. You understand their world, follow current trends, and can quickly connect with them. This way, your message truly resonates. An interactive style: Sitting still and listening? Not in your trainings. You are flexible and can adapt your style to the atmosphere in the room. A consistent presence in our community: We are looking for a trainer who is available at least twice a month to conduct trainings. We want to build a sustainable collaboration with you, where we can rely on each other when exciting projects come in.
