Hi there! We are Testlio, a global software testing company with a dedicated freelance network. Our freelancers test applications for companies worldwide, and we offer a fantastic environment for those who appreciate the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

The Role

We are currently seeking freelance software testers located in Alberta, Canada, to assist in testing a popular wagering app. This app is updated bi-weekly, typically between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM local time, which is why we need testers available during these hours for smoke testing on iOS devices.

Responsibilities

Provide clear notes and evidence (screenshots/screen recordings if requested).
Launch the product on your available platform(s).
Create a consumer account on the wagering platform, including completing a KYC (know-your-customer) flow using your legal information.
Execute key wagering flows such as placing a wager, checking wager status, and navigating core actions as defined in the run instructions.
Capture and report any functional issues, crashes, UI defects, or blocking problems encountered during testing.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Physically located in Alberta, Canada (VPN use is prohibited).
Available for testing between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM local time for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
An iPhone or iPad is required to participate.
Software testing experience is a plus; however, we offer free courses for beginners to enhance their skills.
