Ready to take the lead on a crucial food safety project? We are looking for an experienced HACCP specialist to oversee several key processes in Zoetermeer for a duration of 6 months. From day one, you will guide multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with the shop floor to conduct essential risk analyses. This interim position offers excellent flexibility with a 3-4 day work week, making it perfect for an expert freelancer eager to leverage their extensive knowledge of the food industry and create a tangible impact!

The Role

• Leading and facilitating risk analysis sessions with multidisciplinary teams, uniting experts from various departments for a comprehensive approach.
• Conducting in-depth food safety assessments based on HACCP methodology, focusing on identifying critical control points in the liquid handling environment.
• Acting as a crucial link with shop floor staff to integrate their insights into the risk analysis process and ensure clear communication regarding food safety protocols.
• Addressing a significant backlog of HACCP-related investigations, resulting in substantial business improvements.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience with HACCP methodology in the food industry is essential.
• Familiarity with the shop floor environment is required.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Experience in the installation and commissioning of various production lines.
• Strong project team management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fluid handling or the dairy industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) risk analysis method is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in Visio and Excel is highly desirable.

The rate for this position is a maximum of 90 euros (all-inclusive).
