Banking should be an integral part of business software. While many software companies excel in serving small businesses, there remains a gap in financial workflows. Our mission is to bridge this gap, ensuring that business software not only records financial activity but also manages it.

Le rôle

We are seeking a diligent and proactive KYC Analyst for a 6-month freelance mission, with the possibility of extension. This role requires a strong operational mindset to make fast, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct detailed customer due diligence to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed customer due diligence and perform risk assessments to ensure compliance with KYC policies.
• Gather and verify necessary information and documents from new customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of KYC records into relevant systems.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes regarding KYC and AML standards.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to refine KYC policies.
• Maintain confidentiality during investigations and exchanges.
• Assess potential risks of financial fraud and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Utilize analytical tools to detect fraud trends and enhance business risk strategies.

Exigences

• Proven experience in KYC, ideally in a fintech, payment provider, or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and due diligence requirements.
• Proficient in using tools such as Forest (CRM), Zendesk, and other AML/KYC software.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying key findings and making decisions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in either German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish.
