Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations leadership, with a successful track record as a COO, GM, or Head of Ops.
• Experience supporting scaling startups, venture-backed companies, or fast-moving teams.
• Strong operational and financial acumen; thrives in metrics-driven environments.
• Exceptional skills in strategic planning, project execution, and team enablement.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and across multiple business domains.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence; adept at influencing and aligning stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and deliver results in a fractional capacity.
