About Do Well Do Good: We unite consultants from leading firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and experienced operational executives from major corporations (Valeo, Renault, EDF, Stellantis, Orano) to assist executive committees in addressing strategic and operational challenges across four sectors: energy transition, mobility, sustainable construction, and circular economy.

About the role: The Founding Partners Program (dowelldogood.com/founding-partner-program/) offers you the chance to establish and expand your own consulting office, supported by DWDG’s reputation, expert network, consulting team, and resources.

Phase 1 (Year 1) - Part-time Freelance Partner

• Collaborate with an international group of 5-10 Founding Partners, exchanging insights and opportunities. • Develop and enhance your client pipeline in energy, mobility, circular economy, construction, and decarbonization. • Sell and execute impactful consulting projects with assistance from DWDG’s senior experts and consulting staff. • Aim for €500K in revenue in Year 1 to showcase progress.

Phase 2 (Year 2 and onwards) - Full-time Partner of DWDG

• Transition to a full-time Partner of DWDG and lead your DWDG subsidiary in your city. • Gain up to 30% equity options upon establishing the subsidiary in your city. • Achieve long-term potential with a valuation of up to €1M.

Profile: We seek candidates currently freelancing, with: • At least 4 years in strategy consulting (MBB, RB, OW) and 3+ years in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development, demonstrating the ability to persuade clients and build teams. • Relevant expertise in our focus areas (mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, decarbonization) is highly advantageous. • A minimum of 5 years residing in one of our target cities (London, Milan, New York, Shanghai, Nairobi, Dubai, etc.) with a robust local network. • An entrepreneurial mindset aligned with DWDG's values and philosophy. • Availability to start immediately (full-time not required).

Remuneration & risk

• The first 12 months are based on a variable structure, earning 30%-75% of the project value, depending on the utilization of DWDG resources. • To succeed, you need to dedicate a minimum of 25% of your time to the program while retaining other activities, provided there are no conflicts of interest.
