Bij GXO in Bergen op Zoom werk je in een grote logistieke omgeving voor Philip Morris. Veiligheid staat voorop, terwijl je producten behandelt die wereldwijd worden gedistribueerd. Met meerdere afdelingen is geen enkele dag hetzelfde!
Je werkt in de 2- of 5-ploegen:
Onze klant, GXO Logistics, beheert het volledige logistieke proces voor Philip Morris, het internationale bedrijf achter tabaksproducten. In dit magazijn worden de producten opgeslagen, gecontroleerd en voorbereid voor verzending, zodat alles op tijd op de juiste bestemming aankomt. Je werkt volgens strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen, wat betekent dat alles duidelijk en goed gestructureerd is — geen chaos, alleen teamwork! Je maakt deel uit van een professionele, goed georganiseerde omgeving waar samenwerking essentieel is en geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.
De toeslag voor onregelmatige werktijden wordt betaald volgens het onderstaande schema:
