In this role, you will work closely with EMEA Color, Material, Graphic, and Footwear Product Designers, engaging with teams across APLA, GC, and North America. Your collaboration with global design counterparts and cross-functional partners in Development, Product Line Management, and Graphics will be key to bringing seasonal narratives and product excellence to life.

- Bring seasonal stories to life through color, materials, and graphics, translating European insights into unique footwear designs.
- Collaborate across teams to create compelling narratives that connect with EMEA consumers and enhance product excellence.
- Develop seasonal color palettes, material stories, and CADs aligned with trend insights and strategy.
- Create graphic narratives, patterns, and prints that resonate with EMEA consumers.
- Execute product details, review samples, and communicate updates to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain seasonal updates and footwear product consistency across categories.
- Research fashion, art, sport, and design to stay ahead of color, graphic, and material trends.
- Support the broader design team across projects and priorities as needed.
- Explore digital design tools, with exposure to 3D and AI as a plus.
