In this role, you will thrive in the heart of the action, guiding the team through each shift while maintaining high energy and smooth service. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you set the tone on the floor, support your crew during busy times, and ensure our guests leave with smiles. You will collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, assist new team members in finding their rhythm, and keep daily operations running seamlessly.

Wat Je Doet

• Lead the front-of-house team during service, setting a positive and upbeat tone.
• Guide your crew on the floor, helping them resolve small issues in real-time.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by checking setups, stock, cleanliness, and safety.
• Stay present on the floor, engage with guests, and step in where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and report any irregularities.
• Share shift targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow.

Wat Je Hebt

• 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista, or bartender role.
• Confidence in leading a team during service.
• Clear communication and composure during busy periods.
• Attention to detail to maintain consistent service.
• Genuine hospitality energy and enjoyment in guest-facing roles.
• Ability to work well with diverse teams and lead by example.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
