As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the team through each shift, maintaining high energy and smooth service. You will set the tone on the floor, support the crew during busy times, and ensure our guests leave with smiles. You’ll collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, assist new team members in finding their rhythm, and ensure daily operations run seamlessly.

The Role:

• Lead the front-of-house team during service, setting a positive and upbeat tone.
• Guide your crew on the floor, assisting them in resolving small issues in real-time.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by checking setups, stock, cleanliness, and safety.
• Remain present on the floor, engage with guests, and assist wherever necessary.
• Accurately handle transactions and report any irregularities.
• Share shift targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista, or bartender role.
• Confidence in leading a team during service.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and consistency in service.
• Genuine hospitality energy and enjoyment in guest-facing roles.
• Ability to work well with different teams and lead by example.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
