In this role, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and compliance of the food and beverage operations at Clink NOORD, a design-led hostel known for its community events and vibrant atmosphere. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards in food quality, cost control, and guest satisfaction in a bustling hospitality setting.

Leading the F&B team and supporting their development. Overseeing bar operations, ensuring service standards, product quality, and efficiency. Managing daily kitchen operations to maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control. Ensuring all products and menus align with brand standards and target food margins. Controlling food and bar production, preparation levels, and waste reduction initiatives. Managing labor scheduling based on forecasted demand and revenue, including recruitment and contract management. Implementing and maintaining kitchen SOPs, cleaning schedules, and service standards. Ensuring compliance with all food safety legislation. Collaborating with other departments and senior management as needed. Conducting regular kitchen audits and addressing issues proactively. Promoting table service and guest engagement to drive sales. Creating a lively bar/café atmosphere that encourages guests to relax and socialize. Supporting on-site events by promoting drink specials and engaging with guests to boost bar revenue.

Confident and sociable communicator thriving in high-volume environments. Team player willing to assist when needed. Strong understanding of cost control, margins, and waste management. Demonstrated experience in managing a team within an F&B context. Knowledgeable about product offerings. Genuinely interested in enhancing travelers' experiences.
