Het IntercityHotel Amsterdam Airport is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Food & Beverage Manager. Je bent zowel administratief als operationeel sterk en leidt je team op de vloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat de richtlijnen worden nageleefd en biedt opbouwende feedback. Jouw oog voor detail houdt de afdelingen strak en schoon. Je coacht medewerkers van verschillende niveaus en werkt samen met de Chef-kok aan de verbetering van onze F&B-producten. Je plant vooruit en beheert het F&B-budget, waarbij je ook de inkoop en kosten in de gaten houdt. Dit is een gevarieerde rol met ruimte voor eigen invulling van de afdeling.
