The Social Hub is hiring through Hosco in Eindhoven. As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food and drinks are central to the guest experience. You’ll oversee the operations of our restaurant, bar, café, and events, ensuring that guests leave with memorable stories and reasons to return. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will synchronize service and kitchen operations, while building a motivated team focused on delivering quality with enthusiasm. You will also monitor budgets and performance, ensuring that the guest experience remains a top priority. This position requires a balance of creativity, operational excellence, and people leadership. If you are a natural coach, a strategic thinker, and enjoy empowering others, this role is for you.
