The Role

THE MISSION? You will be the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar, and work/event spaces). You will be responsible for developing the profitability of each outlet (4 F&B outlets: the main restaurant & its bar, the terrace, and a rooftop bar), participating in menu engineering with the Executive Chef, and setting menu prices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise, direct, and coordinate all restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Guarantee a perfect customer experience.

Requirements

• Natural and effective leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and develop talent.
• Strong management skills, including cost control and productivity optimization.
• Proficient in sales without being overly aggressive.
• Excellent presentation skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Willingness to be hands-on with the team.

Nice to Have

• Culinary knowledge beyond basic cooking skills.
