About the role
The F&B Coordinator assists the F&B Management Team and outlet managers with various administrative and cost-control tasks related to all food and beverage outlets, while also providing operational support as needed.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Cost Control Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B management team with various cost control tasks.
- Effectively manage beverage costs.
- Monitor Food & Beverage teams for waste, theft, and efficiency.
- Support finance and F&B teams in executing monthly stock counts.
- Analyze and follow up on variance reports.
- Ensure all received and missing items are accurately processed in the system.
- Assist F&B management with menu engineering and costing.
Coordination Tasks:
- Coordinate (group) bookings and requests across various F&B outlets.
- Play a key role in promotions and events alongside different departments.
- Handle individual reservations and small group requests.
Operational Support Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across Bowery Restaurant, Axis Bar, and Banqueting & Events.
- Provide hands-on operational support on the floor, approximately one day per week.
- Assist outlet teams during busy service periods and special events.
