To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Flight Operations Coordinator who plays a vital role in the coordination and handling of full freighter flights. In this position, you will ensure that all parties involved in the flight handling have timely access to the correct information. You will be a key point of contact for various internal departments and the airline during the turnaround, ensuring that the handling is safe, efficient, and in accordance with applicable guidelines.

You will manage flight schedules, provide operational information related to freighter handling, and coordinate the necessary transport movements. Additionally, you will perform preparatory work for import and export handling and maintain oversight of the operational process.

You will also check built ULDs and assess whether they comply with the applicable regulations regarding cargo build-up, contours, stowing, and weight distribution. Furthermore, you will be involved in the administrative and physical management of ULDs from various airlines.

Throughout your work, you will continuously focus on quality and safety. You will identify deviations, quickly engage with the relevant parties, and actively think about solutions to ensure the smoothest handling possible.

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
• Knowledge of ULDs and associated materials.
• Understanding of guidelines regarding cargo build-up, including contours, stowing, and weight distribution.
• Familiarity with guidelines surrounding special cargo, such as Dangerous Goods and Pharma.
• Affinity for reading and understanding documentation related to flight handling.
• Affinity for the physical handling of freighter flights.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and have a proactive work attitude.
