The Role

As a Flight Instructor, your main responsibility will be to deliver flight training onboard our aircraft. Depending on operational needs, you may also conduct simulator sessions and classroom-based theoretical instruction. You will guide students throughout their training journey and ensure the highest standards of pilot education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight training onboard aircraft.
• Conduct simulator sessions and classroom instruction as needed.
• Guide students through their training process.
• Maintain high educational standards for pilot training.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• EASA ATPL or CPL.
• Valid Flight Instructor Certificate (FI).
• Willingness to split base between Denmark in the summer and Spain in the winter.
• Based in either Denmark or Spain.

Career Path 1: Flight Instructor DK Summer / Spain Winter

This role is suitable for newly graduated or experienced Flight Instructors.

Career Path 2: Flight Instructor – Sponsored CRI/SPA Program

This position is for pilots who meet CRI/SPA training requirements but have not yet obtained the qualification. GreyBird will sponsor the CRI/SPA training if you meet the eligibility criteria.

Requirements for Sponsored Program

• EASA ATPL or CPL.
• Experience as PIC on MEP aircraft.
• Meet EASA FCL requirements for CRI/SPA ME or IRI MEP.

Career Path 3: Flight Instructor CRI/SPA/(ME) (Full-time or Flexible Part-time)

This position is aimed at experienced instructors already holding CRI/SPA qualifications. You will primarily conduct flight training, with opportunities for simulator and classroom instruction.

Requirements for Experienced Instructors

• EASA ATPL or CPL.
• CRI/SPA qualification (mandatory).
• ME qualification (preferred but not required).
• Valid Flight Instructor Certificate (FI).
