The Role
As a Flight Instructor, you will deliver flight training onboard our aircraft, conduct simulator sessions, and provide classroom-based theoretical instruction. You will guide students throughout their training journey, ensuring the highest standards of pilot education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver flight training onboard aircraft.
- Conduct simulator sessions and classroom instruction as needed.
- Guide students through their training process.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- EASA ATPL or CPL.
- Valid Flight Instructor Certificate (FI).
- Willingness to split base between Denmark in the summer and Spain in the winter.
- Based in either Denmark or Spain.

- Flight Instructor DK summer / Spain winter: Focus on delivering flight training and classroom instruction.
- Flight Instructor – Sponsored CRI/SPA Program: For pilots eligible for CRI/SPA training, with sponsorship available for the required training.
- Flight Instructor CRI/SPA/(ME): For experienced instructors with CRI/SPA qualifications, offering full-time or flexible part-time positions.
Nice to Have
- ME qualification (preferred for the third career path).
