De Rol:
Als Flexmanager Kinderopvang ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansteken van nieuwe locaties, het ondersteunen bij integraties en reorganisaties, en het tijdelijk vervangen van locatiemanagement. Je biedt extra ondersteuning bij locaties met complexe vraagstukken en speelt een sleutelrol in het inwerken, coachen en ontwikkelen van Locatiemanagers.
