In your role as a Fitness Instructor at MantraCare, you will facilitate engaging virtual group exercise classes and offer tailored fitness advice to participants from various backgrounds. You will create safe and effective workout plans that align with holistic health objectives, demonstrate proper techniques, and monitor participant performance remotely. Additionally, you will provide outstanding customer service, address client inquiries, and work closely with wellness and clinical teams to ensure fitness programs are integrated into broader care plans. Maintaining accurate session records and tracking client engagement will also be part of your responsibilities, along with contributing to the enhancement of our digital fitness content and programs. This is a part-time, remote position that requires reliable internet access and proficiency with online platforms and digital tools.

• Strong skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction, including planning and leading safe and inclusive sessions.
• Knowledge of Personal Training and the Fitness Industry to design individualized workout programs and stay updated with evidence-based practices.
• Customer Service skills to foster trust, respond to inquiries, and support participants empathetically.
• Relevant certifications in fitness instruction or personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) and CPR/first aid certification are highly advantageous.
• Comfort working remotely with digital tools and strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary health and wellness teams.
• Experience with virtual coaching or telehealth platforms and an interest in AI-enabled or data-driven wellness solutions are a plus.
