The Role

You will operate across the Financial Services domain, working closely with product managers, software engineers, compliance, and finance specialists to drive process excellence. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the analysis, design, and optimization of end-to-end Financial Services processes.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and product launches by translating business requirements into scalable process solutions.
  • Identifying process risks, control weaknesses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assessing operational, compliance, regulatory, and customer impacts of proposed process changes.
  • Facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders across various teams.
  • Developing process documentation, controls, decision frameworks, and governance standards.
