The Role

As a Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will:

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Work on core workflows such as quality of earnings report exhibits, databook summary slides, and red flag report production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in transaction services or financial due diligence at a top advisory firm (e.g., Big 4).
• Deep expertise in quality of earnings exhibits, findings communication, and report production.
• Expert-level skills in PowerPoint and slide design, along with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
