The Role

As a Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across essential workflows, including:

• Quality of earnings report exhibits
• Databook summary slides
• Diligence findings decks
• Working capital analysis pages
• Red flag report production

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in transaction services or financial due diligence at a top advisory firm (e.g., Big 4)
• Deep expertise in quality of earnings exhibits, findings communication, and report production
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail
