Wil je een brede financiële functie waarin financial control samenkomt met fiscale, juridische en investeringsgerelateerde vraagstukken? Voor een private-equitypartij in de regio Utrecht zoeken wij een Financial Controller. Je beheert de financiële processen van verschillende vennootschappen en investeringsstructuren.
Je werkt nauw samen met de Head of Finance, een Fund Controller en een administratieve collega. Binnen dit compacte team ben je verantwoordelijk voor dagelijkse financiële werkzaamheden en draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële organisatie.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheren en verbeteren van financiële processen voor verschillende vennootschappen en investeringsstructuren.
- Opstellen van jaarrekeningen en ondersteunen bij aangiften vennootschapsbelasting.
- Analyseren van financiële en fiscale structuren en verbeterkansen signaleren.
- Verzorgen van CBS-aangiften en voldoen aan andere complianceverplichtingen.
- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van een administratieve collega.
- Beoordelen en interpreteren van juridische documenten, zoals overeenkomsten, aktes en besluiten.
- Ondersteunen bij financiële en administratieve werkzaamheden rond investeringstransacties.
- Bijdragen aan projecten voor procesverbetering, systeemverbetering en verdere professionalisering.
