Field Service Engineer (PPS) – Benelux & DACH

The Role

Install and service Ranpak machines and integrations at customer sites, ensuring systems are in top condition. Troubleshoot and prevent downtime through proactive maintenance and smart problem-solving. Train operators and distributors, and support our Sales colleagues with clear, practical technical advice. Log service data (SAP) and share insights that contribute to continuous improvements in our products and processes.

Where you’ll work

Base location: Eygelshoven, NL. You’ll spend your time on the road with customers or at the office, depending on the work demands of the week. Regular travel within Benelux & the DACH region, with occasional trips elsewhere in Europe.

What You’ll Bring

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering (MBO level or equivalent).
• Hands-on, customer-focused mindset; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills and a B driver’s license.

Languages

Internal working language is English—being able to read and speak English is essential. Dutch is helpful and German is a plus (French is nice to have, not required).
