You may be our new Field Service Engineer/Technician Benelux (m/w/d). In this role, you will ensure the optimal operation of our filling machines, applicators, and other SIG equipment, while considering both economic and technical aspects. Your key responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing preventive maintenance activities to high standards in accordance with our maintenance procedures, ensuring efficient equipment operation.

• Analyze and resolve mechanical, electronic, and automation malfunctions.
• Conduct systematic analyses to identify root causes of problems and implement permanent solutions or prepare detailed problem descriptions when necessary.
• Manage daily activities required for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, including clear reporting to customers and our Service Back Office.
• Perform conversions, modifications, and optimizations of SIG equipment, as well as install new and relocate existing SIG filling lines.
• Provide production support at customer sites to maintain efficient line operation and high customer satisfaction.
• Train customer personnel in the use of filling machines and applicators, along with other SIG components.
