The Role

As a Field Enablement Coach, you will directly impact the performance of our sales teams by focusing on call quality, coaching, and continuous learning. You will actively engage in reviewing calls, conducting coaching sessions, and supporting Account Executives (AEs) in closing deals. This position is remote-friendly and open to candidates across the U.S. and Canada, particularly in Toronto and St. John's, Newfoundland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly call reviews, scoring them against established frameworks and identifying coaching priorities.
• Manage deal rooms for enterprise opportunities, participating in calls to diagnose issues and guide AEs.
• Oversee a continuous learning calendar with biweekly sessions on sales methodologies and product updates.
• Develop and maintain a sales mechanics playbook, including templates and objection handling guides.
• Monitor AE performance trends and identify reps needing targeted coaching.
• Stay actively involved in live selling to maintain credibility and respect among reps.

Requirements

• Proven experience in frontline sales leadership, sales enablement, or coaching high-performing B2B sales teams.
• 3–6 years of enterprise AE experience with a track record of carrying quota in complex sales.
• Previous sales experience at CoLab or willingness to spend a quarter in the field.
• Strong coaching abilities, capable of diagnosing issues during calls and providing effective feedback.
• Comfortable facilitating sessions for 20–50 reps and engaging the audience.
• Analytical skills for building scorecards and tracking performance trends.
• Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and frameworks, such as MEDDPICC.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for training.

Nice to Have

• Background or degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD systems, or PLM data architecture.
• Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Rattle, or Outreach.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows.
• Knowledge of additional sales frameworks, such as Sandler or Challenger.
• Previous experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software environments.
