In this role, you will deliver expert clinical product and technical assistance for Cardiac Rhythm Management products during procedures. You will collaborate with a team of eight specialists across the Netherlands, providing nationwide support during implant procedures.

De Rol

As a Field Clinical Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing primary clinical support, addressing troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
• Educating customers on the effective use of products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attending implant procedures in hospitals and performing patient follow-up.
• Collaborating with Sales Representatives to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how products can meet those needs.
• Developing relationships with hospital personnel through meetings and conferences.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, providing creative solutions in collaboration with other departments.
• Managing and supporting clinical trial activities, including training clinical center personnel on protocols and procedures.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.

Vereisten

• Bachelor's degree in a medical field, preferably with hospital experience and knowledge of medical devices (CIEDs).
• Valid EHRA and/or IHBRE certification is a plus.
• Strong advising and educating skills, with the ability to build credibility with medical professionals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical and clinical information effectively.
• Strong motivation and adaptability to the working environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
