Learning

TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. With over five years of experience, we teach complete beginners through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, serving a large, active student base across both regions.

We are looking for someone to bring our Forward Deployed Engineering curriculum to life for students. As part of a team of senior authors, you will help create the course content. The ideal candidate has real-world experience deploying AI in client environments, understands what constitutes a sound deployment, and can effectively communicate why certain approaches may not be optimal.

Your audience consists of production engineers with six to fifteen years of experience, primarily in backend roles, including senior and staff engineers and some engineering managers. They have shipped real software and are transitioning to forward-deployed AI work; some are already interviewing for FDE roles while they study. They require knowledge in agentic systems and client-facing delivery.

Format: asynchronous, estimated 20 hours per week.

Please submit all resumes or CVs in English.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build end-to-end projects for students, including scope, learning goals, technical infrastructure, environments, and supporting databases or datasets.
  • Write clear submission guidelines and assessment criteria (rubrics) for consistent application by reviewers.
  • Collaborate closely with Learning Experience Designers to ensure projects and lessons are educationally sound and engaging, refining wording, pacing, and difficulty calibration across the course.
  • Research, evaluate, and approve technical solutions and tools to keep the curriculum current and relevant to employer needs.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing enablement by training commercial teams on course content and graduate capabilities.
